Transforming a House into a Home for Elders

Nestled atop a peaceful cul-de-sac in Watsonville, our 1950s home at 13 Longview Drive is undergoing a thoughtful transformation.

From a traditional five-bedroom residence, we’re creating a 10-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) - ADA-compliant, community-focused, and designed with comfort in mind.

Before the Transformation

These images show the original condition of the property when acquired in 2024. While full of character, the home needed updates to meet the needs of modern elder care.

Planning the Future

Construction began in early 2025 with a focus on safety, accessibility, and comfort. Guided by architects and elder care experts, we’re transforming the house into a modern RCFE with private rooms, shared living spaces, and healing outdoor areas.
