Transforming a historic 1950s home into a 10-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in Watsonville, CA. Set on a ¾-acre hilltop lot, this thoughtfully designed community will offer long-term care in a warm, home-like setting, with ADA-compliant upgrades, therapeutic outdoor areas, and a completed ADU for added capacity.
