Elderly Woman Dining

turning a House into a place of comfort, care and belonging.

Nestled at the top a peaceful cul-de-sac in Watsonville, our 1950s home at 13 Longview Drive is undergoing a thoughtful transformation.

From a traditional five-bedroom family home, we’re creating a 10-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) - ADA-compliant, community-focused, and designed with comfort, safety and security in mind.

Before the Transformation

Every meaningful transformation begins with a vision. This home once stood as a traditional residence. These images show the original condition of the property when acquired in 2024. Our was to thoughtfully transform this space into a modern, comfortable assisted living community where residents can feel safe, valued, and at home.

Planning the Future

Construction began in early 2025 with a focus on safety, accessibility, and comfort. Guided by architects and elder care experts, we’re transforming the house into a modern RCFE with private rooms, shared living spaces, and healing outdoor areas.
